CHALLENGE

We are starting a new project, in colaboration with Krissia, which is a product of Angulas Aguinaga and proposed by the Promotion Area of the City of San Sebastian. Angulas Aguinaga is a basque company that basicly works with fish and seafood products, like for example Pintxo a la Donostiarra or Aguinamar. They wanted to sell more Krissia but then they realised that Krissia is usually eaten in salads and that childern and teenagers don´t normally eat salads, then that is the problem we have to find a solution to. So we have to think about a new way of eating Krissia for children and teenagers.
