WHAT- chipssia, Krissia chips
HOW- take the krissia surimi, cut it in thin strips and fry it. Also, our idea was to put them in individual snack packs.
HOW MUCH- we don't really know how much it is going to cost but it will be around the same price as the
average packet of chips, because there is not lot of different with the ones there are now in the market.

STRENGTHS- It is a different product and healthier than other choices
WEAKNESSES- It is not as healthy as they expected and also it may have a strong fishy smell.
OPPORTUNITIES- There are not lots of chips made with fish and a lot of people likes chips
THREATS- there are a lot of chips on the market
